Thekkady,
Arrive Thekkady
by noon, check
in at the
hotel, later
proceed to
Periyar lake
around which
the sanctuary
is built,
This is the
only sanctuary

experience
of viewing
the wildlife
at close quarters
from the safety
of a boat,
back to the
hotel in evening,
